Court Case Policy (Updated: March 01, 2022)

Role-playing a court case is encouraged in all stages of the trial.

Evidence for trials may only include in character evidence (event logs, your tavern conversations, your role-plays, etc). If a person posts in an OOC area, the evidence is not admissible as it is not in character. In addition, private messages may not be posted without the permission of the original poster per our Code of Conduct Section #9.

Judges are reminded that they are not limited to jail time and fines. Creativity in sentences may work best. Judges who hand down verdicts that are excessive may receive punishment.

All cases can be appealed to the Halls of the Mages.
